"Attention" There are not returns or warrantees on any Hobbywing Products "Attention"
No Returns on any R/C CAR, HELICOPTER, or AIRPLANE!!!
That is not deemed defective!
Defective products in question, Must be in brand new unused condition, and returned in less than 24 hours.
Defective Products will be exchanged for exact same item only.
Products that are used and no longer work, are not considered to be defective, but broke under use!
No returns on any Electronic device, batteries, or software!
15% Restocking fee on all returns if approved by management
Duncan's R/C will try our very best to deal with our suppliers to help with warrantee issues, to help improve your R/C experience.
